Our services include estate planning, wills, health care proxy and living wills, as well as trusts, estates, probate, and administration.

The office has extensive experience with Corporate formations and business law and represents clients in traffic matters and DWI defense.

John Burke was a member of the New York City Police Department for more than twenty-six years. He retired as the Commanding Officer of the Bronx Narcotics Division with the rank of Inspector. His assignments in the NYPD include Commanding Officer, Firearms Investigation Division and Commanding Officer, Drug Enforcement Task Force. His past assignments have afforded him extensive experience working with local, State and Federal law enforcement agencies as well as state and federal prosecutor offices.
